Qualification:

As a Procurement and Store In-Charge, your role encompasses two critical areas:

Procurement:

• - Vendor Management: Research and identify prospective suppliers
• - Negotiation: Request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• - Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders and agreements.
• - Quality Assurance: Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items

Store Management (physical and e-store)

• -Inventory Control: Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• - Stock Levels: Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• - Respond to e-store orders and arrange courier
• - Update and manage e-store products and stock

Qualification:

As a Showroom In-charge, you play a crucial role in our retail environment. Your responsibilities include:

• - Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
• - Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products.
• - Stock Management: Ensure stock is adequate based on MSL and manage GRN, GRV and MPR.
• - Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for potential buyers, if applicable
• - Sales Transactions: Ring up purchases and handle payment processes.
• - Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and elevate complex issues to management.
• - Inventory Tracking: Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Qualification:

• - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• - Valid driving license.
• - Willing to travel

As a project sales engineer, your role will involve:

• - Find new MEP project opportunities in the territory.
• - Generate and manage a key customer base.
• - Proposal preparation in coordination with other teams in the company
• - Stakeholder coordination to win and execute the project in a professional and timely manner. 
• - Manage the account receivables
